About Deblo Industries

Established in 1989 and based in Winnipeg, Deblo Industries Ltd. is a Canadian manufacturers’ agency serving the waterworks industry across Western Canada. We represent high-quality products and work closely with distributors, contractors and municipalities.

The Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our Winnipeg team.

This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, inside sales, order processing, inventory and warehouse work. You will learn our products and customers from the ground up while helping with the day-to-day operations of the business.

A typical day could include answering a customer's product inquiry, preparing a quotation, entering an order, picking and preparing that order in the warehouse, and coordinating the shipment or customer pickup.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, likes working with customers, is comfortable doing hands-on work, and is interested in developing a long-term career with our company.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (day shift), on-site in Winnipeg

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Assist customers with product information,



availability and order status
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Enter and maintain accurate information in QuickBooks and other internal systems
- Build knowledge of our products and the waterworks industry
- Receive, inspect and organize incoming shipments
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately
- Coordinate customer pickups and outgoing shipments
- Work closely with other team members to support customers and day-to-day operations

Qualifications

Required:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform regular warehouse tasks
- Reliable, organized and willing to learn
- Comfortable using computers, email and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to work independently while also being part of a small team
- Detail-oriented when preparing quotations, orders and shipments

Assets, but not required:

- Previous customer service or inside sales experience
- Warehouse, inventory or order fulfillment experience
- Experience preparing quotations or processing customer orders
- Experience in construction, plumbing, waterworks, industrial distribution or a related industry

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
