About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally reliable, proactive, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our clinic, and we are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism, confidence, and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Greeting clients warmly and professionally
- Answering phones and responding to emails promptly
- Booking, modifying, and managing appointments
- Billing insurance and processing payments
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong computer skills are required
- Ability to learn new software (we use Juvonno and JaneApp)
- Experience with insurance billing and payment processing is an asset
- Prior reception or administrative experience is an advantage
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
