Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with the preparation, pouring, finishing, and restoration of concrete structures. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute to building durable, high-quality projects that meet safety standards and client expectations. Responsibilities

- Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and placement to ensure accurate and efficient pouring processes
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, compactors, and other machinery safely and effectively
- Use hand tools and power tools to prepare surfaces, smooth concrete finishes, and perform restoration work
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to follow project specifications precisely
- Support masonry tasks, drywall installation, caulking, flooring installation, and other related renovation activities
- Perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique to prevent injury




- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety protocols

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
- Proficiency in carpentry, masonry, drywall work, and flooring installation
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery
- Knowledge of restoration practices and renovation processes within construction sites
- Excellent understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, and equipment operation
