Duties
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Process customer purchases and orders accurately.
- Keep showcases fully stocked,cleaned and beautifully presented.
- Maintain a clean, organized cafe throughout the day
Skills
- Excellent account management capabilities to nurture ongoing customer relationships
- Customer service orientation combined with proactive communication skills
- Demonstrated success in technology sales or related fields is a plus
