Responsibilities

- Provide professional makeup applications tailored to clients’ preferences and occasions, ensuring a flawless finish every time.
- Deliver expert hairstyling services including cuts, styling, blowouts, and special treatments to meet diverse client needs.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, upselling beauty products, and conducting engaging product demos to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all merchandising displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures with transparency.
- Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening to client requests, providing personalized advice, and building lasting relationships.
- Support retail sales efforts by promoting new products,



executing visual merchandising strategies, and participating in promotional events.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or cosmetology is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, cash handling, and basic math is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Passion for beauty services such as makeup application and hairstyling with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients of all backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
