Responsibilities

- Perform emergency restoration services including water, fire, mold, and biohazard remediation.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment.
- Conduct demolition and cleaning of affected areas.
- Load, transport, and maintain restoration equipment and materials.
- Complete job site documentation, photographs, and daily reports.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to homeowners, businesses, and insurance partners.

Qualifications

- Previous restoration, construction, or demolition experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response services.
