Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold our high standards.
- Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning tasks when needed, utilizing appropriate equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the management team promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain overall property excellence.
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is not a must, training will be provided.
- Experience with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus, showcasing versatility in cleaning tasks.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service principles enhances guest satisfaction.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
