This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time on the floor and in the yard leading a team, coordinating workflow, and ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead a team of 10-15 employees
- Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and order fulfillment
- Ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded, and shipped accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operation
- Protect inventory and minimize product damage and waste
- Support inventory accuracy and cycle count activities
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
