Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, fabrication, assembly, and installation. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced workplace.

Main Responsibilities

- Build and assemble custom cabinets, vanities, closets, and millwork
- Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials
- Operate woodworking machinery and power tools safely
- Install hinges, drawer slides, hardware, and accessories
- Perform cabinet modifications and repairs
- Prepare cabinetry for finishing and installation
- Install cabinets and millwork on residential and commercial job sites
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain accurate measurements throughout fabrication and installation
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other trades when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop
- Properly maintain tools and equipment




- Follow all health and safety procedures

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of cabinet making or woodworking experience
- Strong experience in custom cabinetry and millwork
- Ability to read shop drawings and construction plans
- Solid measuring and mathematical skills
- Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Excellent attention to detail and finishing quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Assets

- Experience with residential and commercial cabinetry
- Experience with kitchen and bathroom cabinetry
- Experience with custom closets and built-ins
- Experience with cabinet installation
- Knowledge of CNC machinery
- Knowledge of cabinet design or production software
- Valid driver's licence
- ASP Construction Safety Card
