Job description:

We are seeking an associate suited to working in a team environment, with a minimum of two years of experience. Our ideal candidate has appeared at different levels of court and various types of hearings. If you are particularly interested in family law or employment law, we have the tools to support you immediately.

Responsibilities:

- Representation of clients at all levels of Court across Alberta. This encompasses:

- Legal research.
- Drafting, reviewing, and filing of legal documents.
- Maintenance of files.
- Providing legal advice in all matters.
- Representation of clients in an ethical, professional manner.

- Ongoing professional development.
- Collaboration with the partners and other associates in the carriage of files.

Requirements and Preferences:





- Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited law school or Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation.
- Must be an active member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Additional years of experience are a considerable asset.
- At least two independent references must be provided.
