Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property standards, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks efficiently. Duties
- Manage and coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease negotiations with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records of rent payments, lease agreements, and tenant communications
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Facilitate move-in and move-out processes, including data entry and filing of relevant documents
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants through sales techniques and customer relationship management skills
- Oversee administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and maintaining tenant records
- Ensure adherence to all legal regulations and company policies related to property management
- Foster positive relationships with tenants through excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management, office administration, or related fields
- Strong administrative skills including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Excellent sales ability coupled with negotiation skills to maximize occupancy rates
- Outstanding customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- Experience in customer relationship management, sales and hotel front desk experience is advantageous
- Prior experience in property management or real estate is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Candidate must have a vehicle and valid drivers license (Class 5)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
