Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of esthetic services, including pedicures, nails, facials, and body waxing.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following all health and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries.
- Upsell additional services and products during appointments to enhance the client experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.




- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible service.

Skills

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling products and services.
- Proficiency in body waxing techniques.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with industry standards.
- Knowledge of guest services principles to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales skills to promote products effectively during consultations.
- Experience with product demos to showcase skincare lines.
