We are looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator Lead to join our growing clinic. This is more than a front desk role—it's an opportunity to lead a team, drive clinic performance, and make a meaningful impact on both patients and staff every day.

What You'll Do

As the Patient Coordinator Lead, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations while providing leadership, guidance, and support to the patient coordination team

Your responsibilities would include:

- Answer telephone calls, greet patients and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns
- Complete data entry and billing to third party providers, WSIB & Auto Insurance
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the front desk and patient coordination team.
- Support staff development through coaching, training, and ongoing feedback.




- Assist with onboarding and training recent team members.
- Monitor team performance and help implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Support clinic management with administrative planning and operational initiatives.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, patient communications, and clinic workflow.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience or clinic manager in a healthcare, physiotherapy, chiropractic, or medical clinic.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, management, or team lead experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
- High degree of organizational and multi-tasking skills in a busy and fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Computer savvy and data entry skills
- Ability to work independent with minimum supervision

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
