.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and modalities, along with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through therapeutic touch and personalized care.
Duties
- Perform a range of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and health histories to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment details and progress notes.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming setting for clients before and after treatments.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide holistic care for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy is required.
- Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and address client concerns.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
