Job Title: Trade Spend/Deductions Analyst
Location: York Region, ON
Job Type: Temporary - Permanent
Salary: $23.00/hour
Work Model: Part-Time Hybrid

Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Trade Spend/Deductions Analyst to join their team.

Position Description:

- Ensuring the accurate analysis/processing of customer rebate claims / deductions
- Ensure that rebate claims are accurately deducted by verifying sales volume information to internal sales data and rates of deductions to contracts/agreements
- Ensure that rebate plans are set-up correctly in the TSM system and that the information accurately reflects amounts owing to customers and amounts
- Work with Sales & Finance departments to ensure recent rebate plans are accurately set-up in the TSM system on a timely basis .




- Review and assess accuracy of amounts owing and prepare supporting documentation to support sign-off of customer payments/deductions.
- Contact sales team to resolve issues related to inappropriate deductions and obtain repayment of over deductions.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working on trade spend and rebate programs.

- Strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discretionary manner.
- Strong Microsoft Excel
- Strong experience with Client industry, Trade Spend claims/deductions experience
- Detail oriented, accounting knowledge/training an asset
