We’re Hiring — Social Media & Marketing Specialist

We are a Richmond Hill-based Interior Design & Construction company looking for a creative, outgoing, and motivated person to join our team.

This is not a typical desk-only marketing role.

One day you might be editing a Reel in the office, the next day you may be sitting in the passenger seat filming the boss on the way to a job site, capturing construction progress, brainstorming fun or interesting video ideas, or helping us connect with potential commercial clients.

We already have plenty of real projects, job-site footage, design work, before-and-after transformations, and stories to share.

What we need is someone who can turn them into great content.

What You’ll Do

- Create and manage content for Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Google Business
- Film and edit short-form videos, project updates, behind-the-scenes content and before/after transformations
- Brainstorm creative ideas, scripts, topics and campaigns with our team
- Help build a stronger and more recognizable company brand online
- Organize and showcase our interior design and construction projects
- Assist with marketing, client outreach and business development
- Communicate with potential commercial clients and help generate new business opportunities
- Occasionally visit job sites to capture content and understand our projects

Language Requirements

✅ Fluent Mandarin Chinese is MANDATORY
✅ Robust spoken and written English is also required
✅ Additional languages are a big plus





We’d Love to Meet Someone Who Is:

- Outgoing, energetic and confident
- Comfortable talking to new people and communicating with clients
- Creative, curious and full of ideas
- Familiar with Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and current social media trends
- Able to shoot and edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar software
- Interested in interior design, construction, architecture, lifestyle or visual content
- Proactive and self-motivated — someone who sees an interesting moment and says:
- “We should film this!”
- Comfortable with both content creation and marketing/business development
- A valid driver’s licence is preferredWe are a creative, hands-on and growing company.

We are not looking for someone who simply schedules posts.

We want someone who can think with us, create with us, have fun with the content, and help us grow the brand and the business.

Pay: $17.60-$36.03 per hour
