The ONH seeks experienced reliable part time PREP COOKS for our busy restaurant in downtown Newcastle. Candidates must be able to work exclusively mornings, 7am starts, weekdays and weekends.

Candidates must be able to carry 50 lbs and be able to multitask and follow directions and menu specifications.

Must be a self starter with the ability to work alone and in a team setting. Must have an eye for detail and be able to work quickly and cleanly.

Must be willing to rotate food products and manage large food deliveries as well. Including lots of stairs.
