Job Description

Cinnabon at Lime Ridge Mall (999 Upper Wentworth St, Hamilton, ON L9A 4X5) is looking for responsible and hardworking Crew Members to join our team as we prepare for our busy Jollybon season.

We are looking for team members who enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced bakery environment, take initiative, and work effectively as part of a team. This role will have a particular focus on mixing, dough preparation, and rolling, in addition to customer service and general bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare bakery products according to established recipes, procedures, and quality standards
- Assist with mixing, dough preparation, and rolling
- Safely operate bakery equipment, including a commercial mixer, following required procedures and training
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Work effectively with other team members during busy periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow food safety, health and safety, and bakery procedures
- Demonstrate responsibility, accountability, and a solid work ethic
- Take initiative and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision when appropriate
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager

Qualifications

- Previous retail, food service, or bakery experience is an asset, but not required




- Previous experience using a commercial mixer or similar food-preparation equipment is an asset
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and punctual
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-service focused
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Able to perform the essential duties of the position, with accommodation available in accordance with applicable law
- Ongoing availability throughout the year is required, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

Schedule

- 4-hour and 8-hour shifts
- Additional hours may be available during peak periods (25-35 hours)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Daytime and evening availability
