Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at JBS Logistics & Warehousing LTD in Vaughan, ON. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating orders and deliveries, providing shipment updates, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide customers with updates regarding orders, shipments, deliveries, and inventory
- Coordinate customer requests with warehouse, dispatch, and operations team
- Assist customers with delivery and pickup scheduling. Track and follow up on shipments and delivery status
- Maintain strong and qualified relationships with customers
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner




- Maintain accurate customer and order information

Qualifications

- AT LEAST 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a related industry is an asset
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolutions skills
- Experience using customer service, order management, or logistics software is an asset
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Experience in office management or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary

- $18.25/hr

Availability

- Must be available from Monday to Fridays (9am to 4pm)
