- Manage daily shop operations and supervise shop staff.
- Prioritize and assign repair and maintenance work.
- Provide mechanical guidance and support to technicians.
- Manage fleet maintenance schedules, inspections, and work orders.
- Maintain accurate records using computer systems; Fleetio experience preferred.
- Order, receive, and manage parts and shop inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage parts availability.
- Monitor job progress, quality, and completion timelines.
- Ensure protected work practices and a clean, organized shop.
- Communicate equipment status, priorities, and maintenance needs to management.
MUST HAVE WORKED IN TRUCK AND TRAILER MECHNICAL ATMOSPHERE.
