Restaurant Manager – Tim Hortons

We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Tim Hortons restaurant.

Restaurant management experience is required. Only candidates who meet the qualifications below will be considered.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be a strong, hands-on leader with experience in the quick-service restaurant industry and a proven ability to lead a team, manage restaurant operations, and deliver results.

This position is responsible for ensuring the restaurant consistently achieves Tim Hortons brand standards while maintaining a strong focus on guest experience, team development, operational performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

- Recruit, train, coach, develop, and retain a strong team

- Manage labour costs through effective scheduling, deployment, and floor management

- Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns

- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and restaurant operations

- Ensure new product launches, promotions, and operational initiatives are executed successfully

- Monitor and improve key Tim Hortons performance metrics and audit results

- Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, efficiency, and overall restaurant performance

- Ensure company policies, procedures,



food safety standards, and Tim Hortons brand standards are consistently followed

- Maintain regular communication with the Restaurant Owner regarding restaurant performance, staffing, profitability, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience

- Minimum 1 year of Tim Hortons experience

- Strong knowledge of quick-service restaurant operations

- Proven experience leading, supervising, and developing teams

- Strong operational and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences

- Ability to coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable

- Results-oriented with a strong drive to improve performance and achieve goals

- Must have flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and varying shifts as required by the business
