About the Role
We are seeking reliable Bus Operators to transport crews safely at mining sites in northern BC. These are camp‑based, rotational positions ideal for safety‑focused drivers who value predictable scheduling and a strong team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate crew buses on mining sites following all safety and site protocols
- Ensure passenger safety during transport, boarding, and emergencies
- Follow all PHO and site guidelines
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Keep the bus clean and tidy; fuel as required
- Communicate with dispatch, passengers, and other drivers
- Communicate via two‑way radio
- Report delays, mechanical issues, and incidents promptly
- Direct passengers during emergency or evacuation procedures

Employment Requirements
- Resume
- Class 2 licence with air brake endorsement (minimum)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
- Completion of orientation, online training, and on‑the‑job training
- Strong commitment to safety
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn new technology and complete online training
- Ability to work in camp and in a team environment
