Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play an important part in creating a positive leasing experience from the initial inquiry through move-in.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable handling administrative tasks, financial transactions, and multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome prospective tenants and provide knowledgeable information about available properties, amenities, pricing, and community features.
- Conduct professional and engaging property tours while answering questions about lease terms, policies, and rental requirements.
- Respond to prospective tenant inquiries and follow up with leads to help maximize occupancy.
- Process rental applications, verify references, and coordinate required background and screening checks.
- Collect security deposits, rent payments, and other applicable fees in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activity, applications, payments, and tenant communications.
- Assist residents with questions and concerns,



addressing issues promptly and professionally to support resident satisfaction and retention.
- Perform other leasing and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic calculations related to rent, deposits, and financial transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, personable, and confident when interacting with prospective and current residents.
- Previous leasing, property management, real estate, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.

Pay: $30,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
