Position Overview

Black Bow Gift Co. is looking for a creative, energetic and detail-oriented Creative Gift Maker & Studio Associate to join our eCommerce gifting team in Dartmouth.

At the heart of this role is making beautiful gifts. You will work hands-on with our team to fulfill orders, assemble and package gifts, prepare shipments and help bring new gift concepts to life.

We're looking for someone with a naturally strong creative eye who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in making things look polished and beautifully presented. Creativity is important—but so is efficiency. Our studio is a fast-paced production environment, and you must be able to work quickly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Previous gift-making experience is not required. We'll teach you our gifting and packaging techniques. What we're really looking for is creativity, visual judgment, attention to detail, reliability and a strong work ethic.

As a small team, we also work together to support day-to-day studio operations, so flexibility and a willingness to jump in where needed are important.

What You'll Do

- Fulfill orders from start to finish, including pulling products, assembling and packaging gifts, completing quality checks and preparing orders for shipment.
- Create beautifully presented gifts while consistently following our quality and brand standards.




- Work efficiently to meet daily production requirements and shipping deadlines.
- Help create and mock up new gift concepts for seasonal collections, corporate projects and custom orders.
- Bring creativity and a robust visual eye to product arrangement, packaging and presentation.
- Receive, unpack, organize and restock incoming inventory.
- Assist with inventory counts, shipping preparation and other studio operational needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with the team and pitch in wherever needed to keep studio operations running smoothly.

- Excellent reliability, punctuality and attendance.
- Comfort using technology and learning new systems.




- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to approximately 40–50 lbs.
- Comfort working in a studio where scented products may be present.

Experience That Would Be an Asset

Experience in creative work, gift wrapping, visual merchandising, production, fulfillment, warehouse operations, eCommerce, Shopify or inventory management would be an asset but is not required.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 – 37.5 per week
