Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and efficiency
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by ensuring timely meal preparation
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper sanitation and temperature controls
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences for our guests





Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Strong attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and contribute positively to team dynamics
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and servers
