Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Materials Coordinator & Field Support team member to handle day-to-day operations related to materials handling, inventory, job site prep, and customer interaction. This is a physically active, varied role with a lot of responsibility and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange roofing and siding materials from our warehouse for upcoming jobs
- Identify, order, and organize materials based on detailed work orders
- Pull and transport trailers as needed
- Measure homes and buildings for take-offs and material ordering
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Assist customers in our showroom with product selection and questions
- Maintain strong communication with your supervisor and team
- Fill out and maintain job-related paperwork and documentation
- Take clear photos on-site and send reports via email
- Lift and handle heavy materials safely




- Travel between our 3 company locations as required

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of roofing/siding materials is an asset
- Ability to read work orders and follow directions
- Comfortable using email and basic technology
- Valid driver’s license (trailer pulling experience a plus)
- Physically capable of lifting heavy items and working on your feet
- Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with customers
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
