Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice & Culinary Solutions

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand market share across an assigned territory. This role combines strategic sales leadership with culinary expertise, working closely with foodservice operators, chefs, consultants, dealers, and design professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, conducting culinary demonstrations, and positioning cutting-edge foodservice solutions within the commercial hospitality and foodservice sectors.

Important: Hands-on culinary experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales growth through proactive business development and account management.
- Promote and demonstrate advanced foodservice technologies through live culinary presentations, product demonstrations, and customer events.




- Build strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, institutional foodservice providers, catering companies, and other commercial foodservice operators.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with dealers, consultants, kitchen designers, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, customer support, service, and culinary teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities through the CRM system.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute territory sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Attend industry trade shows, customer events, and regional sales meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer records.

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
