Night Bread Baker — Part-Time or Full-Time

Justamere Café, Bistro & Bakery is seeking a dependable Night Bread Baker to prepare our breads and bagels.

The position includes three overnight baking shifts per week, generally from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Additional daytime prep-cook shifts are available for someone seeking full-time employment.

Responsibilities include:

- Mixing, shaping, proofing and baking breads and bagels
- Following established recipes and production schedules
- Maintaining a clean, organized and food-safe workspace
- Working independently during overnight shifts
- Providing occasional basic assistance to hotel guests, such as helping with a late check-in or responding to a simple guest request
- Assisting with daytime kitchen preparation, if taking the full-time option





Applicants must be reliable, comfortable working alone and capable of physically demanding work, including regularly lifting bags of flour weighing up to 20 kg. Baking or commercial kitchen experience is preferred, but training may be available for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
