ACCU-STAFF is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking General Labourers for a busy tomato processing facility in Leamington, Ontario.

Position Details

- Location: Leamington, ON
- Starting Wage: $18.00/hour
- Employment: Full-Time | 40+ hours per week
- Shifts: Days, Afternoons & Midnights
- Rotation: Shifts rotate every two weeks
- Overtime opportunities may be available during peak production periods
- Candidates must have full availability for all three shifts
- Reliable transportation is required to and from the Leamington facility

What You'll Be Doing

- Perform a variety of general labour duties throughout the food processing facility
- Work in different production areas, including conveyor lines, bin building, and flume operations
- Inspect tomatoes throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Remove vines, leaves, and other unwanted materials from the production line
- Monitor products and report any quality concerns or inconsistencies




- Follow established food safety, quality, and workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas
- Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns to your supervisor
- Assist in different areas of the facility as production needs change
- Work closely with team members to meet daily safety, quality, and production goals

What We're Looking For

- Reliable and dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Available to work full time, 40+ hours per week
- Must be available to rotate between Day, Afternoon, and Midnight shifts every two weeks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and repetitive production environment
- Able to stand and remain physically active throughout the shift
- Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn different production duties
- Basic English communication skills to understand workplace instructions, training, and safety procedures
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Reliable transportation is required for all scheduled shifts
- Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing, production, or general labour is considered an asset but is not required
