Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive research on publicly traded companies, including analyzing financial statements, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Develop detailed financial models to forecast company performance and valuation metrics.
- Assist in preparing investment reports, including buy/sell recommendations and risk assessments, for internal teams and clients.
- Monitor market developments, economic indicators, and sector-specific news to inform ongoing research efforts.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to refine investment theses and contribute to team discussions on potential opportunities.
- Support the due diligence process for potential investments by gathering relevant data and conducting risk analysis.




- Maintain accurate records of research findings, model assumptions, and source materials for transparency and future reference.

Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven research skills with a solid foundation in financial analysis and valuation techniques.
- Experience with investment banking or financial services firms is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of risk analysis methods and quantitative modeling using Excel or similar tools.
- Demonstrated proficiency in math with the ability to interpret complex data sets accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate insights through written reports and presentations.
- Prior internship or work experience in equity research or related roles is preferred but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
