Title: FOH Staff
Work Location: 1135 Austin Ave, Coquitlam
Wage: $18.25/hour (dependent upon experience)
Terms of Employment: Full-time or Part-Time, Permanent
Positions Available: 2
Job Duties:
- Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Taking customer orders and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Clean tables and keep the dining area tidy.
- Operating POS and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in the coffee industry is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and using a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Adaptable to work on evening, weekends and holidays
- First Aid or Food Safety certification is an asset.
