You will help cook, polish plates and silverware, and assemble the catering orders. Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily catering operations, ensuring timely and efficient service for all events
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to meet quality standards and client specifications
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during events
- Assist with kitchen operations, including food presentation, serving logistics, and ensuring adherence to health guidelines
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in food service or restaurant management roles
- Extensive food preparation and cooking experience within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Experience in managing teams, conducting interviews, and leading staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling practices, and kitchen operations
- Background in restaurant or hotel management is highly desirable
- Previous roles involving serving, bartending, or barista experience will be considered an asset
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced workplace
