EXIT Escape Rooms | West Broadway, Vancouver

EXIT Escape Rooms is looking for an energetic, creative, outgoing, and reliable Game Master to join our West Broadway team.

As a Game Master, you’ll be the face of the experience. You’ll welcome guests, explain the game, monitor rooms, provide hints, and make sure every group has a fun and memorable experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include: Hosting and running escape room games

- Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
- Monitoring games and providing hints when needed
- Resetting rooms and checking puzzles between games
- Troubleshooting basic technical and room issues
- Helping maintain and improve escape room props and set pieces
- Creating photos and videos for social media
- Assisting with graphic design and promotional content
- Keeping the location clean, organized, and guest ready

We’re looking for someone who: Is confident, friendly,



and comfortable interacting with groups

- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Is creative and enjoys entertainment and storytelling
- Has basic handiwork and troubleshooting skills
- Has experience with graphic design, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Understands social media and enjoys creating engaging content
- Has basic video editing skills
- Acting, theatre, hosting, or performance experience is an asset
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
