We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Parts Coordinator to join our busy collision repair center.

The Parts Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping production on schedule by ensuring the right parts arrive at the right time and are ready for the repair team.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify part numbers, applications, quantities, and pricing
- Compare parts with estimates and repair plans
- Inspect incoming parts for accuracy, damage, and quality
- Coordinate returns, credits, and core returns
- Track backorders and communicate delays to the production team
- Work closely with estimators, repair planners, technicians, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate parts records and documentation
- Ensure parts are labeled and organized by vehicle/repair order
- Monitor parts availability and help minimize production delays
- Research and source hard-to-find parts when required
- Assist with supplements and parts-related estimate changes
- Maintain an organized and safe parts area
- Build strong relationships with parts suppliers and vendors

What We’re Looking For





- Previous experience in automotive or collision parts
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with collision estimating/management software is an asset
- OEM parts experience is an asset
