Duties
- Greet customers warmly at the drive-thru window, taking orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and garnish food items swiftly and consistently to meet quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and processing payments through POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and service areas, following food safety protocols.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
- Assist in food preparation,
ensuring all items are prepared according to safety guidelines and restaurant procedures.
Requirements
- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
