Position Summary

As an Inbound Sales Advisor based in our Downtown Vancouver office, you will engage directly with prospective clients seeking our legal services. In this role, you will consult with inbound leads to understand their unique needs, explain our service offerings, and guide them toward solutions that allow them to rebuild their lives. Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to high-quality inbound inquiries from prospective clients via phone and email.
- Consult with prospective clients clearly and persuasively to match them with the right legal services.
- Build strong rapport, trust, and empathy through active listening and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales pipelines using CRM software.




- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing coaching to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Support targeted marketing initiatives through follow-ups and warm client outreach.
- Stay informed on legal service offerings and relevant industry guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Proven track record in sales or customer service (B2C or Legal Services experience is preferred).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or similar sales software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Key Competencies: Strong negotiation tactics, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage high call volumes professionally.
- Background: Knowledge of legal services or record clearance is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
