Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The Pharmacy Assistant will support the pharmacist in daily operations, assist customers, and ensure the pharmacy runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and processing
- Receive and enter prescription information into the pharmacy system
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and order supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with inquiries
- Handle cash register and billing transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and privacy standards

Qualifications:

- Previous pharmacy assistant experience preferred




- Knowledge of pharmacy software (Kroll experience is an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in community pharmacy
- Familiarity with insurance billing and prescription processing
- Ability to multitask and work independently
