Cool Air Rentals is looking for an experienced Western Canada Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire our sales teams across four branches in BC and Alberta. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who can set the pace, raise the bar, and turn strong performers into exceptional ones—all while driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

What You Will Own

- Lead, mentor, and motivate Territory Account Managers across four locations through a combination of remote leadership and in-person coaching.
- Set ambitious sales targets and create accountability around performance and results.
- Drive consistent pipeline growth, improve close rates, and deliver strong revenue growth.
- Coach and develop your team on solution selling, product knowledge, customer experience, and effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales performance and pipeline data to identify opportunities, address challenges, and course-correct when needed.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers and leadership to align sales strategies with local market opportunities and company growth objectives
- Lead customer sales presentations and support the team in securing key opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Build a high-performance sales culture that is competitive, supportive, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.

What You Bring





- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years of sales leadership or sales management experience.
- A proven track record of successfully managing multi-location or multi-team sales organizations.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, with a passion for developing people and improving performance.
- A solid understanding of solution selling, CRM systems, sales processes, forecasting, and the performance metrics that drive results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams across multiple locations.
- Experience achieving ambitious revenue targets and building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- A hands-on, results-driven leadership style with the ability to balance strategy, accountability, and people development.
