Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your role will involve not only crafting delicious drinks but also providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations and equipment.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions about menu items.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.




- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

Skills

- Strong understanding of food safety practices in food handling and preparation.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous Barista experience.
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
