RTC Electronics is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mississauga.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and unload incoming shipments, boxes, pallets, and containers.
- Check received products against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect products for quantity and visible damage.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Label boxes and prepare shipments for courier and freight pickup.
- Load and unload products safely.
- Move products within the warehouse as required.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and damaged products.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely when required.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.




- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous warehouse experience is an asset, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lb.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
