We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Batch Mix Operator to join our growing team!

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment. You'll be involved in preparing ingredients, operating within established production procedures, maintaining accurate records, and keeping production areas and equipment clean and sanitary.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Perform production procedures throughout the facility in accordance with Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines.
- Accurately measure, prepare, and handle product ingredients.
- Assist with day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized production records.
- Follow established quality control and food safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working setting.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment.
- Safely lift and handle bags weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs).
- Stand, move, and remain physically active for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Complete repetitive production tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Adapt to changes in daily production priorities as required.
