Experienced Tile Installer / Renovation Technician

$35–$38/hour based on experience | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable and detail-oriented Tile Installer to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys working independently, and wants to continue expanding their skills beyond tile setting.

We specialize in high-quality bathroom, Kitchen, Basement & Full Home renovations, and we're looking for someone who can bring that same level of care and attention to detail to every project.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be professional tile installation, but we're looking for someone with a broader renovation skillset.

You should be comfortable with:

- Residential tile installation, including walls, floors, showers and backsplashes
- Surface preparation, layout, waterproofing and Schluter/Kerdi systems
- Shower niche and shower detail work
- Grouting, caulking and finishing
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Shower door installation
- Bathroom hardware installation
- Bathroom and kitchen demolition
- General renovation support and problem solving
- Maintaining a clean, organized and professional work environment
- Communicating with management and keeping accurate project/time records

What We're Looking For:

- 3–5+ years of solo tile-setting experience, with references
- 1–2+ years of residential renovation experience
- Demonstrated experience with up-to-date waterproofing systems such as Kerdi/Schluter
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your work
- Experience with demolition and general renovation work
- Comfortable using project-management and time-tracking apps
- A portfolio showing at least 4 completed projects
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Available Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
