Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to recover and transport vehicless
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients during roadside assistance or vehicle recovery
- Use forklift equipment when required to move heavy objects or assist with loading and unloading vehicles or equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including logs, reports, and vehicle documentation
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and the public
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Experience operating tow trucks and related equipment in various conditions
- Ability to operate forklift machinery safely when needed
- Knowledge of local traffic laws, safety regulations, and roadside assistance procedures
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy lifting and long hours on the road
