Asara Kids Health is looking for a passionate and caring Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric team in Mississauga!

We are a collaborative pediatric clinic focused on providing family-centred care and helping children build the skills they need to participate and thrive in their everyday lives.

Position: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist, Independent Contractor
Location: Asara Kids Health, Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Approximately one evening per week and one weekend day
Compensation: Competitive percentage-based fee split

About the Role

We are looking for an SLP interested in building a part-time pediatric caseload within a supportive and collaborative clinic environment. The role is well suited for someone looking for flexible hours with the opportunity to gradually grow their caseload.

Responsibilities

- Complete speech and language assessments and provide individualized intervention
- Develop functional, family-centred treatment goals
- Support children with a variety of speech, language, communication, and developmental needs
- Provide education, strategies, and home programming to families
- Complete clinical documentation and progress reports




- Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Maintain professional standards in accordance with CASLPO requirements

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Registered and in good standing with CASLPO
- Professional liability insurance
- Experience working with pediatric populations is an asset
- Experience supporting neurodivergent children is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New graduates are welcome to apply
