Duties

- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, doors, windows, and other facility components promptly and effectively.
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of machinery and infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
- Respond swiftly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate larger repair projects or renovations as needed.




- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

- Proven experience in general maintenance or repair work within commercial or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC equipment, and basic carpentry.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods during the workday.
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions accurately.
- Certifications such as OSHA safety training or relevant trade licenses are preferred but not mandatory.
