Sit & Stay Caregiver for Teachers Pets We are seeking an extremely reliable, compassionate, and professional individual to join Teachers Pets as a Sit & Stay Caregiver. If you love animals, have dependable transportation, and can provide excellent care and communication, we want to hear from you. What you’ll do: *Provide in-home pet sitting, drop-in visits, and short-term stays as requested *Ensure all daily needs are met: exercise, feeding, medications (if applicable), grooming, litter/sanitation, and enrichment *Monitor pet health and behavior; communicate any concerns to the client and the team *Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for pets *Follow all Teachers Pets care standards, policies, and safety guidelines *Complete reports and updates for clients after each visit Who you are: *Extremely reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic *Compassionate, patient, and great with animals *Excellent communicator (written and verbal) *Calm, proactive problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet *Detail-oriented and able to follow care plans precisely *Comfortable working independently and adhering to scheduled visits Requirements: *Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle *Pet care experience (professionally or personally) preferred *21 years old or older *Currently pursuing or enrolled in a university program preferred *Ability to provide professional references *Willingness to undergo a criminal record check (background check)
