Chief Technology Officer (CTO)- Hybrid 4 days

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology strategy, AI adoption, and digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company’s technology and AI strategy aligned with business growth.

- Lead digital transformation, modernization, and technology innovation initiatives.

- Identify and implement AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.

- Lead and mentor high-performing Engineering, Data, AI, and Technology teams.

- Drive scalable, secure, and up-to-date technology architecture and infrastructure.

- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to translate business objectives into technology solutions.

- Build a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate

- Proven CTO or senior technology leadership experience.

- Strong background in AI/ML, digital transformation, cloud, data, and modern software engineering.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technology into measurable business value.

- Strong executive communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
