Livestream Sales Host – Tea & Teaware

Location: Markham, ONJob Type: Full-Time / Long-TermCompensation: Competitive hourly wage + commission

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and engaging Livestream Sales Host to join our tea and teaware brand in Markham.

This is a long-term position for someone who is comfortable speaking in front of a camera, enjoys communicating with people, and can clearly and naturally introduce products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Host livestreams and introduce our tea, teaware, gifts, and new products
- Provide detailed and engaging explanations of each product
- Demonstrate products clearly on camera and highlight their features, craftsmanship, functions, and usage
- Answer customer questions during livestreams
- Present products in a natural, confident, and persuasive way
- Learn new products quickly and communicate product information accurately and fluently
- Help prepare livestream topics, product information, and promotional content
- Interact with viewers and create an engaging shopping experience
- Support social media content and other brand marketing activities when needed

Requirements

- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Able to explain products clearly, in detail, and in an engaging way
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera
- Good personal appearance and skilled presentation
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment




- Strong learning ability and able to quickly understand new products
- Able to turn product knowledge into natural and fluent spoken explanations
- Basic knowledge of tea and teaware
- Comfortable interacting with customers and answering questions
- Sales or livestreaming experience is an asset
- Experience with Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, or other livestream/social media platforms is an asset

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage + commission

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
