As an Authorized Sales Representative of Rogers, the Entry-Level Associate will work alongside Rogers to introduce residential customers to telecommunications products and services, including high-speed internet, TV packages, security solutions, and wireless plans. Essential Functions of the Entry-Level Associate Role
As an Entry-Level Associate, you will:
- Engage directly with residential customers to introduce and promote Rogers products and services
- Generate new customer opportunities through professional, solution-focused sales conversations
- Conduct personalized needs assessments to understand each customer’s current services and recommend relevant solutions
- Clearly communicate product features, service options, and available promotions
- Guide customers through the enrollment and account activation process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using company systems
- Stay informed through ongoing client product updates regarding current Rogers products, services, and offerings
- Build positive customer relationships through skilled and informative communication
- Work toward individual and team sales goals and campaign objectives
- Share best practices and collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and sales results
Education & Experience Needed for the Entry-Level Associate Role
The ideal Entry-Level Associate candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is an asset
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing environment is an asset but not required
- A strong work ethic and results-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging with customers and presenting products or services
- A professional and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
