Zoocchini is a playful, design-driven children's lifestyle brand offering baby and kids' apparel, accessories, and everyday essentials. Our products are sold through specialty retailers, boutiques, gift stores, and other wholesale partners across North America.

We're looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Wholesale Sales & Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines wholesale account support, sales coordination, account development, and brand support. You'll work closely with our sales team to strengthen relationships with existing retail partners, develop recent independent wholesale accounts, and help grow Zoocchini's presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Development

- Proactively identify and contact independent retailers, children's boutiques, gift stores, and specialty retailers
- Re-engage dormant wholesale accounts and introduce Zoocchini's latest collections.
- Follow up on leads generated through trade shows, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to grow smaller retail accounts through new product introductions and replenishment orders.
- Qualify opportunities and transition larger or strategic accounts to the Sales Manager when appropriate.

Sales Coordination

- Support the sales team with quotes, order entry, retailer follow-up, and general sales administration.
- Prepare and coordinate product samples for prospective and existing retail accounts.
- Assist with onboarding new wholesale accounts and help build and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and outstanding service.
- Maintain accurate account records and sales information.
- Prepare sales reports and assist with tracking account activity.
- Support the preparation of customer presentations, line reviews, and sales materials.

Wholesale Account Support

- Assist in serving as a primary point of contact for wholesale retail partners via phone and email.




- Support resolving issues promptly and professionally while delivering an exceptional partner experience.

Brand & Marketing Support

- Coordinate marketing materials, product assets, and samples for retail partners.
- Support influencer and product seeding initiatives by coordinating outreach, shipments, and follow-up.
- Encourage retail partners to participate in seasonal promotions and merchandising opportunities.
- Gather retailer feedback and market insights to help identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist with trade show preparation and represent Zoocchini at industry events as required.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in wholesale sales support, inside sales, account coordination, customer service, or a related B2B role.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Experience working with retailers, consumer products, children's products, baby products, giftware, apparel, or similar industries is an asset.
- Comfortable conducting proactive outreach by phone and email.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
